this is the main reason i made this website, so it gets to stay the home-page (for now).
so what IS this elusive 'iceberg' you keep talking about? well, horror media has been a special interest of mine for a while, especially horror movies- so naturally, when the trend of going through media in an iceberg (least niche above the surface, more niche the lower below the surface you go) was SUPER exciting to me when applied to horror movies.
.....exept every single one i found was terrible. so i made my own! the iceberg itself is 10 layers deep, with each tier more obscure or disturbing than the last. the initial movie list came from about 7 separate icebergs, all mashed together and averaged out to decide the rankings. once i had them all in one spreadsheet, i did preliminary research to decide which ones were worth watching, and which ones needed to be axed from the list. (there were a LOT that needed to be cut... some of these iceberg creators are NASTY)
